Outstanding massage experience at the spa.
The shower had inconsistent water pressure, making it frustrating to use.

Had a blast at the Towers! The Indian dishes were a total delight, making my taste buds dance. The breakfast buffet was unique, albeit a bit quirky. Enjoyed a lovely massage at the spa too!
We rocked up to a room with two singles for a family of four, forcing us into a cozy night. The pool area was sadly a bit grimy, and the shower was a tad dodgy with a peculiar odor.

My stay at the Towers was delightful! The spacious room offered comfort, and the staff maintained a friendly, attentive demeanor throughout. The spa treatment truly rejuvenated my spirit, although I found the shower pressure inconsistent. Despite this, overall, it enriched my experience in Swansea.

Spent two nights at the Towers Hotel and Spa. Room felt spacious and clean, though the carpets showed signs of wear. The staff were super friendly, making check-in and dining a breeze. The gym looked good. I only used the pool, which was refreshing. Dinner in the restaurant impressed me, especially the roast lamb, I had it both nights. the jacuzzi was too cool, and the steam room wasn’t functioning well. The breakfast was decent, but no full English options were offered to me at first. I had to ask to check if they were available. One night, I struggled to sleep due to noise from an event, which was frustrating. the hotel had a lovely vibe, but the room maintenance and breakfast consistency need attention.

would definitely go again
The superior twin room had air conditioning, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was clean, and the spa facilities included a sauna, hot tub, and a steam room. Breakfast had freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. The staff were attentive and helped with any requests.

great spa vibes!
We had an awesome time at the spa, really enjoyed the pool and were super chill just relaxing outside in the garden. The staff were lovely and everything was clean. Just a bummer that the hot chocolate machine was down in the chill-out room. The conservatory restaurant food hit the spot too!

Our room was a mixed bag. It looked clean at first, but the bedding felt a bit dirty and there was a bucket under the air conditioning vent to catch dripping water. Not exactly what I expected for the price. definitely not a cozy or welcoming atmosphere. I just wanted a comfortable place to relax after a tough time.
